Joshua K. Westmoreland has been practicing law in northern Colorado since 2010 and spent his last six years with Wick & Trautwein, a well-respected firm in Fort Collins.
Josh has significant experience working with individuals, businesses, and non-profit organizations. Matters include estate planning and probate; business and non-profit; real estate and land use, including homeowner associations (formation and management).
Josh grew up in Texas and attended college on a debating scholarship. After earning his undergraduate degree, he attended graduate school at Kansas State University (KSU). During graduate school, Josh worked as a teaching assistant and assistant debate coach. After graduate school, Josh stayed at KSU to be an instructor in the Communication Department and Assistant Director of Debate.
While in law school, Josh was the Senior Articles Editor of the Boston College Environmental Affairs Law Review.
